[Bug] ACP Installation Failure on Windows

Describe the bug
I installed Buzz on my Windows 11 desktop with no issues but I cant install the ACP adapters that are missing for both Claude and Codex. I already have claude cli and codex cli installed on my machine prior to the Buzz installation.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I enter my Nostr ID and get the message that "ACP adapter missing" for both Claude and Codex.
2. When I click on install, a few command windows flash up and I get the "Installing" message. It then fails
3. I went to the install folder and didnt see any logs folder so I cant attach any of those so I cant tell you exactly what failed.

Expected behavior:
ACP adapters should install properly

🤖 Thanks for the report. The flashing command windows and the dual install failure match two bugs fixed since: the Windows PATH handed to install shells dropped system Node/npm (#2563, cca16635d), and background probes spawned visible consoles (#2587, 5afa16157). Both ship in v0.4.25. One caveat from your report: you couldn't find install logs because Windows doesn't surface them well yet — that's a real gap we're tracking separately. Closing as resolved; if install still fails on v0.4.25 or later, please reopen and include the on-screen error text.

@wpfleger96 - Windows 11 PRO. Buzz_0.5.1_x64 install version.

I uninstalled 0.4.23 and then installed 0.5.1 and still have the same issue.

ACP Adapter still missing for claude and codex (I use them both daily locally) so the installation still fails. I do have the option of goose or buzz now though.

For anybody that runs into this, try adding the claude/codex installation path to your system PATH variable instead of your user PATH variable:

With regards to #2626, I added the installation folder for claude (C:\Users\Username.local\bin) to the system PATH variable and the ACP installed properly. I didn't change anything for Codex and the ACP install still fails.

I think that Buzz attempts to execute ACP installation leveraging System PATH variable instead of User PATH variable so it can detect the cli but can't execute it.
