Closes #8. This will track the efforts going back and forth with them on the updated amendments. Right now, they already have present arrangements for 17 CFR 240.18a-6 and 17 CFR § 240.17a-4.

This is political. We are small, they are big. It is substantial for the 6(i) setup down the line.

I am migrating this to internal drafting, and I will post the final product in a review comment here, since the actual partial docs need a lot more than this one communication exchange. I'll get it in tonight and wait for resolution to give a full report. The determinative basis here early next week will scope out the amount of Amazon-specific process descriptions and integrations.

I have removed all confidential investor information from AWS due to their inability to comply with our needs over the last two weeks. The totality of investor data now follows the procedures as storage means detailed in the current repo's main branch. Namely, I have migrated all the records off AWS and onto air-gapped systems, including backups and tokenized PII.
