Serialize MainConfig static path tests, skip unreliable FileWatcher events, register Inter fonts for headless Avalonia, and construct SettingsService before InitializeDirectoryPickers so MainWindow headless suites stop NREing.
Serialize ValidationServiceTests against MainConfig statics, seed instructions so dependency errors surface, and set FontManager DefaultFamilyName=Inter so MainWindow headless suites stop failing on fonts:SystemFonts.
