A few documentation links currently point to pages that HP retired along with the rest of the SGI STL website. These links now point either to Robert Ramey's mirror site or to the more up-to-date cppreference.com.

They should not point to rrsd.com but instead to https://www.boost.org/sgi/stl/
STL links now point to the Boost mirror vice Robert Ramey's mirror.

Merge PR boostorg#17, PR boostorg#18, PR boostorg#19. Use <boost/core/lightweight_test.hpp> vice Boost.Test. Tidy up HTML documents.

The XMLs also need to be updated to change all sgi.com/tech URLs to boost.org/sgi. I'll take care of it in a separate commit. |
