Boost 1.91: warning C4702: unreachable code

Building boost 1.91 on Windows fails with

We have the same problem. I asked myself if changing the body to

			if (this->is_initialized())
				return this->get();
			else
				boost::throw_exception(boost::bad_optional_access());

is a valid workaround
