Box Platform Extension doesn't exist in Auth0

I'm trying to follow the steps at https://github.com/box/samples/tree/master/box-auth0-angular2-skeleton-app-sample

Step 2 under Auth0 Configuration says to go to Extensions and select "Box Platform Extension". I see 24 extensions, but Box isn't available.
