expand checkData type support

Our goal is to expand support for additional data types for checkData beyond the types currently supported.

• add support for Apache Arrow (objects from both arrow package and nanoparquet)
• add support for data.table
• examine and extend support for tibble object types
• include subsetting conversions/evaluations inside checkData
• support using xts::reclass
• consolidate tests into a single test_checkData.R file
