remove bring your own promise

It's 2026 now...probably high time we just use the built in promise library. It's already been deprecated, so its just the removal left.

I'd like to take this one.

Scope as I read it: 22 sites across four packages — pg/lib/client.js (6), pg/lib/native/client.js (4), pg-cursor/index.js (3) and pg-pool/index.js (8, via this.Promise rather than _Promise) — plus the byoPromiseDeprecationNotice in client.js that announced the removal, and the promisify(this.Promise, cb) helper in pg-pool.

One question before I start. pg-pool and pg-cursor are versioned separately from pg, so dropping their Promise option is a breaking change for those packages in their own right, not only for pg@9.0. Would you rather have all four in one PR, or keep this to pg and leave the others for a coordinated major?

I'll start on the pg side either way, since that part is the same under both answers.
