hi! i'm cait.

i'm a computer science student at queen's university specializing in AI with a minor in mathematics. i work on computational biology for healthcare, graph theory, and machine learning. im a research assistant at the Graph Lab at Queen's, where I work with Dr. Erin Meger on pursuit-evasion theory.

stuff i do

  • computational biology+ML: computer vision for pneumonia diagnostics, neural nets for cancer immunotherapy design, live pose estimation for orthopedics, statistical analysis for cancer genomics
  • web dev: maintenance of https://qmind.ca (checkitout!!!), making chrome extensions, the defunct and ugly https://cait.lol, working on a forked version of Ublock (my opensource queen)
