This pull request follows up on #1586 by sourcing all six current DAR versions from effective Scan AmuletRules, with future schedules and SV votes shown separately. The automation also publishes changes to votes.
Draft limitation: Scan returns HTTP 403 on all three networks from this machine. Live collection and regenerated current versions must be verified before merge.
Synthetic examples: open vote (MainNet), approval threshold met (TestNet), and approved schedule (DevNet). Versions and dates below are test data.
Actual generated output: unverifiable versions are marked unavailable.
