LocoMouse_TrackCheck: Swing and Stance detection

• add automatic swing and stance detection
• add data cleaning
• The displayed tracks should indicate whether a paw is detected as 'in swing' or 'in stance'.
• A scroll-able plot of the tracks should be added that also indicates swing and stance.
• the plot should run with the movie over time
