Bumps unifier to 0.3.2 so the three constraints committed in #3 but not yet released (
MinimumDistance,MaximumBucketLoad,BucketBlockPattern) get a version. CHANGELOG, README, docs and site no longer mark them as unreleased. Local: 111 tests pass, site build and check-site clean. Publish to crates.io after merge.
