Adding the on() function to the Clifford class. Allows a single (or 2-) qubit Clifford to be applied to a single (or pair of) qubit(s) in a larger Pauli.

Improvements to the 'on' function. Removal of for loops by using the already implemented swap function, and made variable argument list instead of explicitly having to send a list.
