Hand off to reachable furniture in Mahogany Homes

Dependency

Draft: requires the client interaction helper added by chsami/Microbot#1861. Do not merge or publish this plugin before that API is available in a released supported client. Update the plugin minimum client version and build dependency to that release before marking ready.

Validation

The changed script compiles with Java 11 target against the compatible locally patched client containing the helper. The contributor tested the equivalent local plugin. The standard Hub CI cannot validate the new API until the dependency is published.

Only MahoganyHomesScript.java is changed. No banking-policy customization, Astral Contact changes, generated files, logs, or account details are included.

The dependency this draft was waiting on has landed. Rs2InteractionApproach (from #1861 in chsami/Microbot) shipped in client 2.6.24, and the current release is 2.6.27.

I read the change at 728b796a and found no code blockers. readyFurniture() runs Rs2InteractionApproach::isReady inside a client-thread task, and isReady only does a bounded 16-tile reachability check there, so the client won't freeze. To make it mergeable:

1. Retarget the PR to development. Hub PR CI only runs for development.
2. Bump MahoganyHomesPlugin.version (currently 0.0.12).
3. Raise minClientVersion from 2.0.13 to 2.6.24. Older clients don't have Rs2InteractionApproach, so they would fail to load the plugin.

Then mark it ready for review. Live testing isn't required.
