Reorganize Stack and Supabase API references

Summary

• move the generated Supabase wrapper API reference into the Supabase integration section
• reshape the Stack reference around an overview, usage guide, and complete public package API generated from Stack main
• make documentation section roots expand-only, with their landing pages shown as Overview children
• repoint legacy /stack/... reference redirects and links to the new API locations
