Add Google Analytics with Tracklytics

I had found this library long times ago but I have never test it. Maybe this could be a good way to give it a chance.

Another question is, "Is this really necessary in a bootstrap?"

It can be interesting, however I think it can be tested as an external module (as it introduces a dependency on fabric.io in the build process).

Maybe fabric dependency is only to use Fabric analytics.

For modularization, I dont see what to do, it is already a module.

For me this is like other libraries we add to the skeleton, it should come with a sample usage. This is this part that I named "module".

I just saw that it want to plug to Google Tag Manager in place of Google Analytics while trying to adding it on my fork. I will continue to see what this is really for.
