Epic: Auto-Config Agent Installer

Goal

Add cora install command that auto-detects installed AI coding agents and configures Cora as an MCP server in each agent's config.

Status

• ✅ cora install CLI command — implemented in main.rs
• ✅ Agent detection — cora install --list shows detected agents
• ✅ Config generation — generates MCP config for detected agents
