Description
This PR upgrades cdp-sdk to latest and adds a new CdpSolanaWalletProvider, along with a chatbot example to showcase.
Tests
The new chatbot was tested manually by using it to create a new wallet and fund it with faucet SOL, then re-starting the chatbot and ensuring the same wallet is used.
