@libpg-query/parser stays on 17 (latest) for now; PG18 remains available via versions/18. Restores the pre-18 full/ package (deparse + proto) and points the build at constructive-io/libpg_query 17-constructive (retvarno + out_param_varno PL/pgSQL serializer fixes). Version aligned to the published 17.6.10 so the next patch bump is 17.6.11.
Drops deparse()/deparseSync(), proto.js, protogen, protobuf wasm exports and the @launchql/protobufjs dependency from the 17-line full/ package, matching the lean API already used on the 18 line. Deparsing is handled downstream by pgsql-deparser/plpgsql-deparser. BREAKING CHANGE: deparse() and deparseSync() are no longer exported.
