Second sync test — exercises the update path now that test.html is a mapped instance resource (ZUID 11-c6d4feaaf5-jrjz4v).

• Adds <h1>Hello World</h1> to webengine/views/test.html.

Expected on merge to stage

• Changed-files scope picks up test.html only.
• Since it's now mapped, the Action PUT-updates the existing resource (not a create) — log should show Save webengine/views/test.html → views/11-c6d4feaaf5-jrjz4v with 0 new.
• No publish (stage = save only).
