The reactor authz snapshot is keyed by parked wire name, so an ask-tier bash/shell call without a parity copy throws a wiring-defect error instead of suspending. Emit one renamed copy per alias alongside every definition and wrap the leaf and chat bundles so the authz-facing set gains the copies while the advertised wire set stays byte-identical.

Isolated port of the CL-9477 assembly parity definitions off origin/main.
The reactor authz snapshot is keyed by parked wire name, so without parity copies an ask-tier bash/shell call throws a wiring-defect error instead of suspending. This adds authzParityDefinitions plus a withAuthzParityDefinitions bundle wrapper, wires it into the chat agent tools factory and the leaf subagent tools factory, and covers it with parity, suspension, grant, and wire-set tests.
Seam proof: src/subagent/run.ts carries only the import plus the withAuthzParityDefinitions wrap around the leaf toolsFactory return; no CL-9475 hunks.
Verification: bun test on the three touched test files (53 pass), tsc --noEmit clean, oxfmt + oxlint clean, full bun run check green including the 8608-test suite (one unrelated SIGHUP signal-integration flake observed on a single rerun, green on rerun).
