…l_collect - Rephrase primary chat prompt as a structured card (~140 words covering Role, Route, Rules, and Spawn) and compact worker contract to ~150 words. - Rewrite neckbeard and bruckheimer director bodies to under 600 words; drop verbose harness guidelines, duplicates, and redundant recovery text. - Remove shell_collect tool in favor of bash stop=<shell_id> cancellation and later-turn completion delivery. - Merge skill search into tool_search as a dedicated Skills block, removing the separate skill_search tool from primary sessions.
…l hits Workers gated background on the removed shell_collect tool, so they lost detached bash. They now mount background whenever run_shell is mounted. tool_search waits for pending connectors even when a skill matched. Drop the remaining shell_collect and skywalker/critic/counsel references and make the dispatch card tool-neutral across model families.

…fleet The worker prompt listed write, edit and delete on gpt while the wire carries apply_patch; it now lists what the wire carries. Skills that told agents to spawn builder, critic, intern or greybeard point at coder, reviewer and planner, and stale director names in comments are gone.
