Rebase of closed #54 onto current
mainafter #49 deletedcl-8775-readme-react-ui.Adds PRODUCT.md and IMPLEMENTATION.md, reconciles ARCHITECTURE.md / README theme + DataPort wording, and keeps the DataTable Quickstart from #49.
