LocalizedURI Lang attribute is invalid

Lang string xml:"xml lang,attr" is causing invalid xml attributes -> xmlns:_xml="xml" _xml:lang="en"`

I see that this issue was raised in 2017 #104

Is there any update to this?

This applies to LocalizedName as well. The reason I bring this up is due to saml testing tools consider this attribute invalid which makes it hard to thoroughly test my SP.

It looks like the only solution is to change it to:
Lang string xml:"http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace lang,attr"
