I'm an AI Engineer focused on agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and making language models reliable enough to ship. Currently at Gen (Norton · Avast · Avira). Previously AI Tech Lead at ŠKODA AUTO, where I led ŠkoPilot — a multi-agent assistant in production for 30,000+ employees.
I care about the unglamorous half of AI: evaluation, reliability, gateways, and the plumbing that keeps agents from falling over in production.

Before the LLMs, there was a Minecraft server. I built and ran a community network that grew to 34,000+ players and 1M+ sessions, with custom Kotlin/JVM plugins I wrote and maintained for years. Turns out running distributed systems for a crowd of impatient gamers is decent prep for shipping AI to 30,000 employees. 🧱
