This will allow non-technical users to create various Automation integrations through IFTTT bot system, a few examples:
- Upon proposal is passing, add proposal details to a google sheet
- Twitter/Telegram/Discord/Slack bot that announces New/Boosted/Passed proposals, overtime, and scheme registrar proposals
- Further development: allow the DAO to tweet from this bot via proposal.
