Implement test case for autobackup warnings "Wasn't able to create wallet backup folder"

As suggested in #1804 (review)

We should test that this warning appears in debug.log. Testing for it to appear in stderr will require more work as there currently is no code in the test framework to check stderr das dashd processes.

We should also test the general functionality of autobackups.
