Threads WithKernelIdentityFederationClientID through the Go kernel config to the C ABI for PAT, OAuth M2M, and OAuth U2M. Empty values preserve existing BYOT / account-wide behavior.
Pins KERNEL_REV to the merged federation-capable kernel and updates the docs and coverage. The kernel bump also requires aligning one retry-setter assertion with its new clamp behavior.
