urllib3.connectionpool logs pre-signed URLs in DEBUG level

If we set logging level to DEBUG, pre-signed URLs are emitted in the logs by urllib3.connectionpool. Can we implement a log redactor so that it strips query params from the URLs?

This is a good idea. Is this something you're comfortable contributing? If not, we'll add this to our backlog and aim for it to be included in a future minor release (probably databricks-sql-connector==3.2.0).
