football: add 91-league results and goal-timing dataset (CC BY 4.0, DOI) + API

Adds a "Club leagues (many countries)" section to football.md with two entries:

• Football Match Results and Goal Timing, 91 Leagues — an open dataset on Zenodo (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22295583, CC BY 4.0). It has 76,928 matches from 91 leagues in 41 countries (2022–2026), including lower divisions (Serie C, 3. Liga, Segunda RFEF, National League, the Nordic, Baltic and Asian second tiers) and four women's leagues. It carries half-time and full-time scores and the minute of every goal.
• Football Charts API — a free REST API over the same leagues, updated daily, with no key needed for the current season.

The collection currently has nothing multi-league below the top five divisions, so this fills that gap. Disclosure: I maintain both. I also bumped modified in the frontmatter.
