I build robust, maintainable software and reproducible analytical systems for research and data-intensive organizations. My work spans R package development, scientific pipelines, statistical computing, bioinformatics, simulation, visualization, databases, and technical training.
My background combines an MD and PhD in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology with several years of computational toxicology research at the U.S. EPA. I have also designed and taught graduate-level R programming courses and have worked across academic, clinical laboratory, government, and industry settings.
