Since node.js 20 has been deprecated, github actions runners need to be updated. See also: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-09-19-deprecation-of-node-20-on-github-actions-runners/
There is no libzmq release yet that supports CMake 4, allthough it is already supported in master. For now, use the flag `CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM` to fix this.
macos-13, ubuntu-20.04 and windows-2019 are no longer supported.
The compiler flag mf16c is only supported for x86 architectures.
