          Remove manual SkiaSharp native asset pins

The three-way pin (Win32/Linux/macOS) on SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.* was
introduced to keep the native asset packages in lockstep with the
SkiaSharp core version NuGet resolves transitively via
Svg.Controls.Skia.Avalonia's Svg.Skia dependency. That resolution
already forces all native asset packages to the same version as the
core (verified via project.assets.json), making the manual pins
redundant.

Worse, the pins are actively harmful with Dependabot: this PR bumped
the Linux pin to 4.152.1 while leaving Win32/macOS at 4.148.0 and the
naturally-resolved core at 4.148.0, producing exactly the native
library version mismatch (152.0 vs supported [148.0, 149.0)) that the
ubuntu-latest job hit at runtime. Removing the pins lets NuGet keep
all SkiaSharp packages consistent on its own.
