Problem

The codespace fails to build because the docker-in-docker devcontainer feature defaults to using Moby (moby-cli, moby-engine), which has been removed from Debian Trixie — the base OS of the mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/go:dev-1.26 image.

Fix

Set "moby": false in the feature options so it installs Docker CE from Docker's official apt repository instead. Docker CE is functionally equivalent to Moby (same engine, same CLI, same API) — Moby is just the open-source upstream that Docker CE is built from.

Testing

Rebuild the codespace and verify Docker is available:

docker --version
docker ps

Disable the moby option for the docker-in-docker feature since
moby-cli and related system packages have been removed from
Debian Trixie. This switches to installing Docker CE from
Docker's official apt repository instead, which is functionally
equivalent.
