PR #631 exposed all azure credential metadata to the updater but it should have only happened for cargo. The result is that other ecosystems see credential metadata objects that are unusable because they only contain the value
hostand not other expected values likeurlorregistry.The fix is to only do the metadata promotion for the cargo ecosystem.
