ngModuleFactory.create is not a function on enabling Ivy in angular 8

When Ivy compiler is enabled in Angular 8 application and if I try to lazy load a module I am getting following error

TypeError: ngModuleFactory.create is not a function

Is there any solution available to solve this issue?

Honestly I don't this this package is needed for Ivy since you can lazy load components natively now.

Can you please point me to suitable document or article about natively lazy loading modules in Angular 9 ivy enabled environment.
