test_platform_with_runcmdas it is failing - tracking in Re-enabletest_platform_with_runcmdin Azure DevOps #198feature-docker-from-dockertest image version to work around docker-outside-of-docker error: "The repository 'https://dl.yarnpkg.com/debian stable InRelease' is not signed" features#423
