I'm a AI Engineer and software developer focused on building software, AI-powered applications, agents and autonomous systems.
My background is in backend engineering, and today I work across both traditional software development and AI engineering. I enjoy building useful systems end to end: from the application and infrastructure around them to the AI layer itself.
I'm particularly interested in the engineering behind modern AI systems: agent architecture, context management, tool use, orchestration, evaluation and reliability.
- Software products and developer tools
- AI-powered applications
- AI agents and autonomous systems
- Agent harnesses and orchestration
- Context and memory systems
- Tool integrations and automation
- RAG and knowledge retrieval
- Local and open-source AI
I like working on the parts that turn ideas into actual systems: designing the architecture, connecting components, managing state and context, handling failures, integrating tools and making the whole thing reliable enough to be useful.
I also create technical content under the name develatter, where I talk about AI engineering, software development and technology, with a particular interest in explaining what actually happens underneath abstractions and hype.
If you want to talk about building software, AI systems, collaborations or technical content, feel free to get in touch.
