chore: bump SPDX copyright headers from 2025 to 2026 - #9709

Update the copyright year range in SPDX-FileCopyrightText headers from 2017-2025 to 2017-2026 across 561 files. The buildvars package added in #9691 already carries 2017-2026; this brings the rest of the tree in line for the 2026 calendar year. Comment-only change: no code, build output, or behavior is affected.

2017-2025after the calendar year rolled over; onlythe
buildvarspackage added in #9691 carried the currentyear. This brings the rest of the tree into line.
The change is a single mechanical replacement of the year range, scoped to
headers containing
Istari Digital, Inc.so unrelated third-party copyrightnotices are left untouched. The
CONTRIBUTING.mdheader template is updatedtoo, so files created from it start at 2026.
Comment-only: no Go code, build output, generated artifacts, or runtime
behavior is affected. The diff is exactly 561 changed lines, each one a year
bump and nothing else.
