Themosis framework (digitalmeat fork)

Tests

This is a maintained fork of themosis/framework, which has been stuck at 3.1.0 (Illuminate ^8.83, Laravel 8, EOL since 2023) since its last commit in February 2023. This fork picks up where upstream stopped:

Version Illuminate Notes
3.1.0 ^8.83 Same as upstream's last release.
3.2.0 ^11.0 Migrated through 9 -> 10 -> 11. See branches illuminate-9, illuminate-10, illuminate-11 for the intermediate states, and each's commit history for what changed at every step.
3.3.0 ^12.0 Much lighter than 8->11 -- none of Laravel 12's breaking changes touched code this framework overrides.
3.4.0 ^12.0 Adds Themosis\Core\Vite, a WP-aware equivalent of Illuminate\Foundation\Vite (never a dependency of this framework) for consumers replacing Laravel Mix with Vite. Themosis\Core\Mix is untouched -- both coexist. Also fixes a real regression from 3.3.0: ClosureCommand::execute() didn't match Illuminate\Console\Command's new : int return type, which fataled every artisan invocation at class-load time.
3.4.1 ^12.0 Fixes artisan migrate (and every other #[AsCommand]-attributed command, e.g. migrate:fresh/migrate:rollback/migrate:status) silently reporting "Command is not defined" -- Themosis\Core\Console\Kernel::getArtisan() was missing the ->setContainerCommandLoader() call that Illuminate\Foundation\Console\Kernel makes upstream.

3.4.1 is the current recommended version. illuminate-12 is kept as an active branch for ongoing work past 3.4.1; tag new releases from it as work lands.
