Specifying generated helper functions while in single-file mode injects the helper functions in the middle of the generated code

As the title says. Additionally, each helper function also adds in all the same usings and redeclares the namespaces. I would instead expect that the code is injected at the top or bottom of the output file and is inside the user-specified namespace.
