Singlefile+composite test is failing in SDK repo

Most likely affected by the recent refactorings in the Loader area,

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.

The SDK test should be reenabled once changes from #61066 reach SDK repo.
