Development

Create a new virtualenv and install the requirements with pip:

$ mkvirtualenv sentimentron
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Setup Django:

$ python manage.py syncdb
$ python manage.py migrate
$ python manage.py createsuperuser

Setup Torando:
