Leave gh-aw-issue-fixer unchanged; this lock opts .github/ out of dot-folder protection and tells the agent to open verified workflow PRs.

CI Verify compiled workflows failed because the committed lock still pinned github/gh-aw-actions/setup instead of the rewritten setup action.
