…export The Image Optimization API needs a server and the export has none, so next build refused to run. next/image now serves its sources untouched, which only affects the logo in the header and footer: every other image already bypasses the optimiser.

Adds specs/features/legal-pages/ covering the two published policy pages: reachability, shared chrome, booking from a legal page, prose presentation, publishing approved documents in their original language, and footer linking. Updates the marketing-home footer layout for the real Policies links and the corrected contact address, and records the prose-page composition pattern and the SectionHeading heading-level prop in the style guide. Adds /integrated-policy and /privacy-policy, each publishing the group's approved Spanish text verbatim inside the English site. A (legal) route group holds the shared chrome, so both pages get the header, the footer and the booking dialog without repeating the provider wiring. Prose is hand-classed from existing tokens via components/legal/prose.ts, following the constant pattern already used by the footer and pill button; no typography plugin and no new tokens. SectionHeading gains an optional heading level so a page title renders as h1 while the home page is unchanged. The footer's dead "Private policy" placeholder becomes real links to both pages, and its contact address is corrected to the one published in the privacy policy.
