Tech Lead & Software Engineer — building for the web since 2002, teaching it since 2009 🇧🇷

I've spent 20+ years shipping frontend-heavy products at scale — rebuilding Fox.com, FXNetworks, Simpsons World and National Geographic in React, and keeping the stream up for 3.5M concurrent viewers during Super Bowl LIV. At QuickNode I moved into Web3, shipping a multi-chain faucet, a real-time on-chain alerts product and a full billing-platform overhaul. Today I lead frontend at Uniify, and increasingly that means wiring AI into the products I build, not just React and Node.

Outside client work I run Emerson Broga Dev: teaching React, JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js on YouTube and Instagram, writing at emersonbroga.com since 2009, and building paid courses in Portuguese for Brazilian developers.
