On a stable Bee release, dispatch swarm-cli's update-bee-version workflow (ethersphere/swarm-cli#760) with the release tag, so the Swarm CLI's pinned Bee version is bumped automatically via PR. Cross-repo dispatch uses the BEE_RUNNER GitHub App scoped to swarm-cli. Closes ethersphere/infra_tasks#91. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
