Update Alexandria beta skill and release beta.22

Updates the bundled beta-skills/firecrawl-alexandria instructions for combined search, compact discovery, selected contract inspection, execution, and large-result recovery. Examples use the current Alexandria CLI commands.

Bumps the CLI to 1.23.4-alexandria-beta.22 so the existing publish workflow releases this update under the alexandria npm tag. The broader search/scrape skill and CLI changes remain in #262 for Tuesday.

Validation: skill validation, Prettier, diff checks, and npm package dry-run confirm both skill files are included. No runtime changes.
