docs(api): refresh public OpenAPI auto fixes

Summary

• Refresh public API OpenAPI docs for affected app_key-callable routes from the latest fc-pgy registry delta.
• Add/reconcile post-mortem routes, IM try-link, monitor preview sync, RUM webhook test, and statuspage management/template/component/section APIs.
• Preserve legacy OpenAPI export and existing AI SRE/Safari published specs.

Validation

• JSON load/count checks passed for consolidated, on-call, monitors, and rum EN/ZH specs.
• EN/ZH path and schema-key parity passed for consolidated, on-call, monitors, and rum specs.
• mint broken-links: success no broken links found.

Notes

• One registry row remains unresolved: GET /status-page/{id}/subscription/list. fc-statuspage origin/main still has the matching route commented out, so no operation was fabricated.
