Add a GitLab App section (connect, self-managed OAuth app prerequisite, bot provisioning, gitlab.com paid-namespace restriction, manage/disconnect) alongside the existing GitHub App section, and generalize the shared overview/permissions/related-pages copy to cover both apps. zh and en.
